The WOD for Monday, June 15th

One round every 3:00, for four rounds of:
A- Clean-Grip Deadlift, 5-7 reps
B- Single arm DB press, 8-10 reps each arm

Then

15 Min AMRAP of:
10 Power Clean + Push Press (medium weight)
30 Double Unders
10 Chest-to-deck pushups
