One round every 3:00 for four rounds:
A: Single arm KB clean & push press, 5-7 reps each arm
B: Band face-pulls, 5-7 reps

then

12 Min AMRAP
– 8 Man Makers (moderate weight)
– Run 200 meters
– Lunge walk 25′
