– False grip ring-rows
– Muscle-up progressions

Partner WOD

– Row 2000 meters
– 100 Box Jumps
– 100 kettlebell swings
– 100 Wallballs
– 10 Rope Climbs

* Both partners work at the same time, in any order, strategizing on how to best accomplish the work.
