– Seated single arm DB strict press, 5-7 reps each arm
– Strict pullups, single attempt of max reps(-1)

Then

4 RFT:
– 10 Goblet squats (35/53)
– 5 pushups
– Run 200 (Sprint this!)
– Rest 1:00
