The WOD for Monday, July 20th

20 Minutes
– 1 & 1/4 back squats 3-5 @30×1
– Kettlebell windmills 5 reps each arm

Then

20 Minutes
– Feet elevated ring rows AMRAP(-1)
– Bulgarian split squats 10-12 reps each leg

Then

Rowing Sprints, 30 seconds on, resting as needed.
