Today’s WOD is inspired by the CrossFit Games Team events 7&8, 9&10!

2 RFT:
100′ front rack walking lunge
40 wallballs
100′ partner wheelbarrow
40 wallballs

Then

Partners have approximately 20 minutes to establish a 1 rep max Clean & Jerk
* Score is the total weight
