Test:
“Diane”
21-15-9
– Deadlift (225/155)
– HSPU

Then

Take 10 minutes to find your 1RM weighted pullup
– Pronated grip only (no chin-ups)
– If unable to do a pullup, max time holding chin over the bar

OR

– Review kipping progressions
