Workout 1
5 Min AMRAP
Partner 1: hold bar overhead (135/95)
Partner 2: AMRAP Burpees
Switch positions every time the bar is released

Then (resting in between)

Workout 2
One partner working at a time.
For time:
– 100 pullups
– 80 Front rack walking lunges (95/65)
– 60 Thrusters
– 40 Deadlift
– 20 Abmat Situps
