Squat progression:
Back squat reps: 5, 5, 5 (+20%), 20
Front squat reps: 5, max
* Add 5-10 lbs from last week depending on how your 20 rep felt

Then

6 Min AMRAP
– 4 Hang Power Snatch (light & fast)
– Broad jump 30′
Rest 1:00
6 Min AMRAP
– 6 Hand Release Push Ups
– 20 Double Unders
