20 Min AMRAC
– 1 Clean Pull (this should be at least 20# heavier then your clean weight)
– 2 Squat cleans

Then

5 RFT:
– 7 muscle cleans
– 50′ front rack walking lunge
– 7 toes-to-bar
– 50′ crab walk
