20 wall balls
20 box jumps
20 kettlebell swings

22 double unders
22 wall balls
22 box jumps
22 kettlebell swings

24 double unders
24 wall balls
24 box jumps
24 kettlebell swings
etc…

*Add 2 reps to each movement each round. Split the work as desired. One partner working at a time.
