* Goal time of <7:00, time cap of 9:00
4 Rounds NFT:
– Strict Pullups AMRAP(-1)
* Weighted if you can do 5+, find a weight you can still achieve 3+ reps.
* We’ll be going over two NEW scaling methods to help build pullups if you do not yet have them.
– Perfect pushups AMRAP(-1) @20×10
* If you are not getting at least 3 reps here, scale to your knees on the way up, then hold a full plank on top.
– Superman Extensions 10-12 reps
