4 Rounds NFT
– Deadlift 3 reps, TNG (heavier then last week)
– Strict Pullups AMRAP(-1)
* No bands, scale to piked position on rings or bar on the rack, find a position where you can do 3-7 reps.
4 RFT of
– 5 Power Cleans (Heavy)
– 15 Burpees
– 1 Rope Climb
The Power Clean should be a struggle here, if you’re doing them all TNG, it’s too light.
