The WOD for Thursday, December 24th

Schedule reminder: only morning and noon classes today. Evening classes are canceled

20 Minutes:
– Goat work
* Work on a weakness (or the thing you hate the most), we’ll have suggestions for you if you can’t think of any.

Then

18 Min AMRAP
– Run 200
– 15 Box Jumps
– 10 pullups

* If it’s too cold (55-68 degrees on December 24th!), 4 laps inside instead.
