– Overhead Squat, 5 Reps
* Maintain your best form, add weight each round
– Front Rack step-ups, 10-16 reps, alternating legs
* Moderate weight, go for volume. Be smart on the box height, no need to go high. Scale to lunges.
9 Min AMRAP:
– 7 Power Snatch
– 7 Overhead Squat
– 7 Front Squats
* keep the weight light and manageable, think of using ~60-70% of today’s strength for the metcon, this should tax your lungs.
