– 15 Thrusters
– 9 Overhead Squats

Rest 3:00

– 21 Thrusters
– 15 Overhead Squats
– 9 Thrusters

* Time cap of 3:00 for each! Pick a weight you can do unbroken, one bar, all the same weight.
