– Squat Cleans, 4 reps (moderate/light weight, improving technique)
– DB box step ups, 10+ reps
– Dead hang to inverted on rings (start with the lower rings on the rig, when on the higher rings NO KIPPING, core strength only, aim for 1-2 perfect reps)

Then

5 Min AMRAP
– 12 Wallballs
– 3 Burpees

Rest 2:30

5 Min AMRAP
– 8 Pullups
– 6 Air squats
– 4 hand release pushups
