The WOD for Monday, January 25th

Strength
Back Squat: take ~7 sets and work up to a heavy set of 2.
* Heavier then last week

Then

For Time:
– 30 Deadlift
– 3 wall walks
– 20 Deadlift
– 3 wall walks
– 10 Deadlift
– 3 wall walks

* Weight should be around 50% of your 1RM, perform the wall walks for quality. Hold a perfect plank and a rigid core all the way up AND back down. Starting and ending in the bottom of your pushup position.
