12 Min EMOM
ODD: 2 x Power Clean + Front Squat
EVEN: 3 Extra High Box Jumps
* clean + Squat weight should be, just shy of a struggle. If you want an extra challenge, hold the bottom position of the front squat for 3 seconds.

Then

9 Min AMRAP
– 2 Overhead Squats
– 2 Kettlebell Swings
* Reps increase by 2 each round (2, 4, 6, 8…)
* Select a weight you’re confident with, the volume will add up quickly.
