– 2e Turkish Getup
– Strict pullup OR strict dip
* Work on your upper body weakness. If you already know you can confidently do several strict reps of either, work on muscle-up transitions.

Then

10 Min AMRAP
Max Wallballs
* Every time you rest perform 1 round of “Cindy” (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats).
