– Push Press, 3 Reps
– Suitcase carry 100′

Then
4 Rounds for time:
– 15 Pullups
– 15 Wallballs
– 15 Box Jumps
– 15 Toes-to-bar
– Rest 3:00

* Start each round at a different station.
