The WOD for Friday, February 26th

Open WOD 16.1

20 min AMRAP:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees (over the bar)
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.

Scaled groups will perform front rack lunges (45/35), and jumping pullups.
