– Strict Pullups AMRAP(-1), scale to a method in which you can do 3+ reps each set
– bottoms up kettlebell walk 50′ L & 50′ R
– Hollow rocks 5-10

Then

8 Min AMRAP
– 20 wallballs
– 10 Deadlift (~50%)
