8 Min AMRAP
– Max Reps Shoulder to Overhead
* Bar starts on the ground, Partner 1 performs max reps, when the bar hits the ground (not before) Partner 2 must do 3 burpees before cleaning the bar and continuing the count of max STO.
6 Min AMRAP
– Max reps Toes to Bar
* Partner 1 working on count, Partner 2 holding crabwalk position. Switch positions every time the partner comes down from the rig.
