The WOD for Thursday, March 24th

Recovery Workout (conversational pace)
30 Minutes:
– 2 Min Row/Bike
– 7-10 reps air squats
– Bear Crawl 25′
– half kneeling Pallof Press, 7-10 reps each side
– external shoulder rotations with an abmat 5-7 reps each side (only 3-4 sets in total)

goat work / mobility
