CrossFit Games 2015 Regionals, Team event 7

For time, each athlete moves through stations of:
Part 1:
– 30 calorie row
– Static Deadlift hold
Part 2:
– 30 handstand pushups
– Handstand hold
Part 3
– 30 toes-to-bars
– Static hang
Part 4
100′ overhead lunge walk (switch as needed, total distance of both partners is 100′)

* On each part athletes switch movements to perform both items before moving to the next sequence.
