The WOD for Monday, April 4th
– box squats
* Back squats to a box. We’ll spend some time to review the technique, then perform sets of 3-5 with moderate weight getting accustomed to the movement. We’ll be seeing this again

– 10 Single Arm Kettlebell Overhead Squat
– 15 Russian kettlebell swings
– 25′ walking lunge with kettlebell
* pick a weight that won’t slow you down, switch arms however you like on the overhead squat.
