The WOD for Tuesday, April 19th

Strength:
Power Snatch 7 x 2
* Add weight every round, build to something very heavy.

Then

4 Rounds
– Assault Bike, 20 seconds
– 8 burpees
– Rest as long as needed
* The AB should be sub maximal effort, you’re going hard, but you’re able to maintain the same output consistently for all 20 seconds for every round. Immediately start the burpees after getting off the bike, IMMEDIATELY. Do them as fast as possible. Rest as long as you need for your heart rate to recover before starting the next round.
