Strength
– Power Clean, 3 reps
– 5 rounds, same working weight across all 5 sets.
– While resting, perform 5-7 external shoulder rotations with an abmat.

Then

12 Min AMRAP
– 6 hang power cleans (heavy, not UB)
– 8 pushups
– 10 air squats
