2013 Regionals Team Event 4

Partner WOD

2 Rounds for time (each):
– 30 Wall balls
– 30 Chest to bar Pull-ups
– 30 Pistols
– 30 One-arm dumbbell snatches
* each partner must complete all 30 reps of one movement, then the second partner must complete all 30 reps of the same movement before proceeding to the next movement. Only one partner works at a time. Both partners must complete 2 full rounds of this chipper.
