Skill:
– Clean & Jerk
* Spend 10 minutes practicing, moderate weight, power position.

Then

4 x 5:00 Rounds:
– 10 Clean & jerk
– 15 box jump
– AMRAP Double Unders
– Rest 2:00
* Each round is 5 minutes long, with 3 minutes of work and 2 minutes of rest.
