– Chinups, AMRAP(-1)

Then

For time:

Run 200m (Cash-in)
4 Rounds:
– 8 Kettlebell Swings
– 8 Push Jerk
Run 200m (Cash-out)

* Run once at the start, and again at the end. Pick a weight you can go unbroken on.
