The WOD for Monday

The WOD for Monday, May 23rd

Strength
5 Rounds:
– Front Squat, 3 reps (from the rack)
– Handstand pushups, 5 reps (strict if you can)

Then

10 Min AMRAP
– 5 Pullups
– 10 Pushups
– 15 Air Squats

* If you feel like making this more of a strength piece, then the intended aerobic effort, then add a KB and do goblet squats.

  • Get excited for Murph next Monday at 9 AM. All regular classes are canceled for that day.
