For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Reminder: Only one class at 9 AM, you don’t want to miss this. Bring something to share for afterwards, the grill will be on.
Get in early to get your pick of the weight vests!
