The WOD for Monday, June 6th

Strength:
– Overhead Squat, reps of 5, 4, 3, 2, 2…., build to a max, from the rack. 20 minutes.

Then

Three rounds for time of:
– Run 400 Meters
– 15 Box Jumps
– 10 Front Squats (heavy)
