Then

4 min AMRAP:
5 Power Clean & push press
6 Burpees over-the-Bar

7 Front Squats
6 Handstand pushups or 2 wall walks
Rest 2:00
4 min AMRAP:
9 Deadlifts
16 no-pushup burpees over-the-bar

* keep the same weight on the bar for all movements, pick something moderate.
