– Complex of 2 Power cleans (from the floor) and 2 from the hang.

Then

10 Min AMRAP
– 2 Hang Power cleans (reps of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10…)
– 40 Double Unders (80 singles)
* Reps increase by 2 every round
