Partner WOD

22 Min AMRAP

Partner 1:
– 8 Deadlift
– 10 Air Squat
– 12 Kettlebell Cleans (6 each side)

Partner 2:
– Run 400m

* Partner 1 does a single round of the above movements, resting until Partner 2 returns. Switch roles and repeat for 22 minutes.
