The WOD for Friday, September 2nd

– Overhead Squat
– review and 15 minutes to work up to a challenging double.

Then

5 Rounds for time:
– 12 DB deadlifts
– 9 DB hang power cleans
– 6 DB shoulder to overhead

Schedule reminder: Regular class schedule on Friday. The gym will be closed on Sunday & Monday. On Saturday we’re having a potluck BBQ after the 10AM class. Happy Labor Day!
