Then

10 Min AMRAP
– 5 Power Snatch
– 10 Deadlift
– 20 Kettlebell Swings

Holiday Schedule:
Wednesday: Morning and Noon classes only, evening classes canceled
Thursday: 8:00 AM Only (Murph), no other classes
Friday: 9:00 – 11:00 AM open gym, self guided “fat burner” workout and mobility
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Open gym 9:00 – 12:00, fun run at 11.
