For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Schedule Reminder: only one class at 8 AM, you don’t want to miss this.
If you are feeling competitive, use a weight vest (20/14), get in early to get your pick of the best vests, or bring your own.
