Practice max height box jump from seated position
8 minutes
* seated on a small green box, add plates to scale

Strength:
7 rounds:
– power clean, 1 rep, heavy, same weight across
– ring dip, 3 deep reps

MetCon:
7 Min AMRAP
– 7 hang power cleans (75% of above)
– 15 wallballs
– 15 Abmat situps
