Skill:
Practice single leg deadlifts, work up to a challenging set of 3 on each leg
* 10 minutes
* if you are new to this start with a KB, goal is to use a barbell.

MetCon:
3 Rounds for time:
– 12 Deadlift (heavy)
– 21 box jumps
– 500m row / 22 Cal Bike
– 1 Min Rest
