Odd: Handstand hold :30
Even: Single leg deadlift, 3 reps each side

MetCon:
13 minute AMRAP
– 8 Handstand Push-Ups
– 10 Deadlifts (50%)
– 16 Step-Ups
– 20 Double Unders (scale to 5 tuck jumps)
– Rest 30 Seconds
