– 0:20 of consistent toes-to-bar
Strength

7 Rounds:

– Push Press, 1 reps, same weight across, ~75% of max

– Bulgarian Split Squat, weighted with DBs, 4 reps each leg
MetCon:

7 minute AMRAP

– 1 DB strict press (increasing by 1 each round)*

– 40′ DB overhead carry (20′ out & 20′ back)

– 40′ broad jump (20′ out & 20′ back)
* The rep cound of DB press increases by 1 each round.
