The WOD for Wednesday, January 4

Strenth:
6 Rounds of:
– Push Press, 2 reps, (75% of max)
– Bulgarian Split Squat, 3 reps each leg (more weight than last time)

MetCon:
8 Min AMRAP
– 10 Double Unders
– 1 Kettlebell Swing (increasing by 1 rep each round), use a heavier bell than you usually would.

* If you’re not consistent on your DU’s, immediately switch to 20 singles, don’t waste any time with attempts.
