Skill:
Spend 8 minutes working on ring dip and muscle up progressions.

Strength
7 Rounds:
– Push Press, 1 reps, ~80% of max
– Bulgarian Split Squat, 2 reps, more weight than last time

MetCon:
4 rounds for time:
– 15 hang power snatches (~50% of your 1RM Snatch)
– 30 double unders / 60 singles
