Skill:
Spend 10 minutes reviewing and practicing rope climbs

Strength:
6 Rounds:
– Push Press, 2 Reps, ~80-85%
– Bulgarian Split Squat, 3 reps

MetCon:
7 Min AMRAP:
– 7 dumbbell deadlifts
– 7 dumbbell push press
– 30 double unders / 60 singles
* you’re using a pair of DB’s for this WOD. Pick a challenging weight where you’ll have to break up the later sets to keep good form.
