– Kettlebell Snatch
– Review and 8 minutes to work up to a challenging set of 5

Strength:
7 Rounds:
– Deadlift: 2 reps, Touch n’ Go, increasing weight to a max.
– Strict HSPU or progression, 3 reps

MetCon:
For Time:
– 500m Row
– 15 squat clean thruster (50% of 1RM Push Press)
– 15 Pullups
– 15 Pushups
– 15 Air Squats
