Strength:
7 Rounds:
– Front Squat, 1 rep, increasing to a max
– Strict weighted pullups, 1 reps, increasing to a max (or any progression)

MetCon:
5 Rounds For time:
– 5 power cleans (50%-60% of 1RM)
– 10 Pullups
– 10 lateral burpees over bar
